Mahindra XUV400 EV

The XUV400 EV houses a 39.4kWh battery with an ARAI-certified range of 456km. With a 50kW DC fast charger, the EV can be charged up to 80 percent in only 50 minutes. With a 7.2kW charger, it can be fully charged in six hours and 30 minutes. The same is achieved in 13 hours with a standard 3.3kW domestic socket.

The features comprise a single-pane sunroof, a seven-inch touchscreen system with 60+ connected car features, and a push-button start-stop.

Mahindra eKUV100

The eKUV100 commercial gets a 15.9kWh battery pack with an electric motor rated at 54.4PS and 120Nm. It offers a range of 147 kilometers and can be charged up to 80 percent in 55 minutes with a fast charger. A regular charger will take around six hours for a full charge.

This same combo is expected to feature on the eKUV100 for private buyers.

Tesla Model Y

The estimated launch date of the Tesla Model Y is Dec 29, 2022.

Tesla Model Y will be an SUV available with Automatic transmission & Electric Range options. It can carry up to seven passengers. the Model Y is equipped with a 15-inch tablet-like display that runs a host of controls of the electric SUV.
